Free Returns:

Every piece of Karter Kristian jewellery is hand-packed and checked prior to dispatch, we do not use fulfillment houses, as we want to make sure that the product you receive is 100% perfect.  However, if something isn’t quite right or not suitable, then we’re always here to help!

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items. Simply fill out the online form or send a quick email to returns@karterkristian.com, please ensure you add your order number and the reason for the return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for personalised products (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get intouch with our friendly customer service team at support@karterkristian.com who will be happy to advise further.

A few things to keep in mind when returning items:

All products must be returned in their original condition complete with all the
original packaging. For your convenience the box you received your goods in is a reusable box, simply remove the remaining tape and reseal.

We cannot accept returns on personalised items. These include all products with personalised engraving or metal letters added to them. If personalised items are found to be faulty, we will be happy to replace them.

All our earrings are supplied in tamper-evident packaging and as long as the packaging remains intact and the seals are not broken, we will be able to accept them for a return or exchange. Please note: Once the seal is broken or the packaging is damaged, they will not be acceptable for refund or exchange, unless found to be faulty.

Returns are processed within 24 hours of our warehouse receiving them. Please remember, that it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account. This is simply due to bank processing times.

If you wish to receive a refund for any products purchased in a 2-for-1 offer, all items will need to be returned. If you would like to exchange just one of these items for an alternative product, then you only need to return the item you are
exchanging.

To return an item for refund or exchange you will need to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. To arrange an exchange or return please email us at returns@karterkristian.com  or fill out the online form where our friendly team will be happy to help.

Pleasenote, that customers are liable for any and all taxes and fees required by
local laws.

Returning Your order is super easy:

1.      Email us at returns@karterkristian.com or complete the online form (link) to obtain your returns number and free return label. If emailing us please quote your order number tell us of the reason for the return.

2.      Repackage your item using all the original packaging, do not forget to
enclose you RMA number on piece of paper or we will not be able to identify the sender.

3.      The mailing box we supplied can be used for your return, simply remove
the 2nd sealing tape to reseal the box.

4.      Place the new return label over the old label.

5.      Drop the packet off at your local Post Office.

6.      Make sure you keep your proof of postage and keep an eye out for an
email from our returns team notifying you of receipt.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please get in touch with our friendly customer support team by emailing help@karterkristian.com who will be on hand to resolve any issues;

Returning a gifted product:

We know that you’ll love the Karter Kristian piece you were gifted, but we understand that sometimes, it might not be quite right for you. No worries, we’re here to help!

You have 60 days from the purchase date to return your gift, so there’s plenty of time to make sure you find something you truly adore.

Simply reach out to our friendly Customer Services team at help@karterkristian.com  or chat with us via the Live Chat icon (it’s really helpful if you have the original order number, but no worries if not, however, we will need some details from the original order to be able to find it and support you further), and we’ll get you sorted with a credit for the value of your item.

No need to rush—credits are valid for 3 months, giving you time to browse and discover your perfect piece.

Here’s what to keep in mind when returning your Gift.

We will need some details of the original purchaser, such as the order number or
postcode so that we can track the order. All returns need to be in their original, gift-ready condition, with packaging intact.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on personalised items such as engraved gifts or with metal letters added.  However, if any personalised gift has a fault, we’re always happy to replace it.

Earrings are only returnable if the tamper-evident seal and packaging are undamaged. You can view your items through the clear packaging for sizing etc. and only break the seal if you are happy to keep them,

We do not
delay in processing returns they are as important to us as sales, your returns
will be processed on the first working day after receipt. Please note, it may
take a bit longer for you to receive your funds, this is simply down to the
Banks own processing times
